All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of our website and marketing material are and will remain the property of Isabel Fishlock designs. 

The Packaging

I believe in doing our bits for the environment. Your order will arrive carefully wrapped. Don’t be put off if you see an amazon or bike logo on a piece of cardboard used to protect parts of your furniture (or smaller items). I practise reuse, recycle, repurpose, so we reuse anything that is reusable. I hope you don’t mind.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to exchange or receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please send item(s) back safely and let me know they are coming.

Sadly Bespoke work cannot be refunded.

To refund an item please e-mail us at isabel@isabelfishlock.com and state whether you require a refund or exchange. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Isabel Fishlock. When returning items we strongly advise using a tracking service or a proof of purchase. We will try to process returns within 14 days. We will not charge postage for replacement items.
